Definitions
In these terms and conditions, "we", "us" or "our" refers to ClubWPT, the platform that provides online sweepstakes poker games.
Acceptance
By registering an account on our website and/or mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). If you do not wish to be bound by this Agreement, please refrain from using our Platform.
Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old or such higher age limit as may apply in your jurisdiction to use the Platform.
Use of Our Platform
You agree that:a) You will provide accurate and complete information about yourself during registration.b) Your account is for personal, non-commercial use only.c) You will not impersonate any other person or entity, nor will you create a fictitious identity on our Platform.d) You will keep your password confidential.
Online Games
Our online sweepstakes games are played with virtual chips (the "Currency") which have no monetary value in and of themselves but can be used to purchase entry tickets into real money prize tournaments or events ("Tournaments" or "Events").
Dispute Resolution
If you experience any technical difficulties, we will use reasonable endeavors to resolve them. However, if a dispute arises regarding your account, the validity or outcome of a game or Tournament/event, our decision shall be final.
Indemnification and Liability
You agree to indemnify us against all losses, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities arising from:a) Any breach by you of this Agreement.b) Your use of our Platform, including but not limited to any loss or damage to your computer hardware, software or data.c) Our liability under these Terms shall be capped at the total amount of Currency in your account.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to our Platform and/or cancel this Agreement:a) Immediately if we determine that you have breached any term of this Agreement.b) Upon giving reasonable notice, where termination is not for breach.
Amendments and Updates

a) We may modify or update these Terms at any time by posting revised terms on the Platform.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws without giving effect to its conflict of law principles.
Jurisdictional Compliance

You agree that you will comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations regarding online sweepstakes and gaming activities in your jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution
Any dispute or controversy arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with its then-current Rules.
Intellectual Property Rights

a) The Platform, all related software, processes, methods, designs and materials used to provide our services (the "Services") are the property of ClubWPT or have been licensed to us for use on these terms.

b) You agree that your use of the Services does not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except as specifically granted under this Agreement.

No Warranty

a) Our Platform and Services, including but not limited to all content, functionality and software provided through them, are provided "as is" with no express or implied warranties.

b) We disclaim any implied terms arising by statute, trade usage or course of dealing.

Limitation on Liability
In no event shall we be liable for consequential, indirect or special damages (including without limitation lost profits and loss of business opportunities).
Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms where such failure arises as a direct result of circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral.
Changes to Terms

We may modify or update these Terms from time-to-time by posting revised terms on our website at least 14 days before they become effective.
